UPCOMING EVENTS

The BIA/SC Women's Council strives each year to sponsor a minimum of 10 events throughout Southern California. All proceeds from these events are distributed in many ways: to youth and adults alike for their continued education within the building community; to several transitional shelters our council supports in our community; to members as travel scholarships to attend and participate in CBIA and NAHB events and meetings; and to Political Action Communities to raise money to financially support local candidates whose goal is to support the American Dream of home ownership.

Women’s Council members are not required to come to every event, but it is strongly recommended to attend at least two of the events each year. If members are unable to actually attend the event, we ask that you participate in another way either through committee involvement or raising funds through sponsorship or donations. The success of the one creates a success for the whole.
